Month by Month Back-in RV Site Rentals are available in large sites with full grown trees, redwood picnic table, excellent water, reliable electric service (50 or 30 amp) and sewer hook-up. Wireless internet and satellite reception are available along with cell phone service.

US Postal Service is available through General Delivery or Private Post Office Boxes. Post office is 5 miles away.

Full service hospital is located in Yerington, NV 23 miles east of Resort. Complete EMT and fire department facilities are located 3.5 miles from Resort. Smith Valley boasts a new state of the art ambulance and brand new fire station.

Guests are welcome to enjoy all the Resort facilities throughout their stay. Pets are welcome but dogs must be leashed. Dog pens will need to be approved by management. Monthly sites rentals begin April 1^st and end approximately October 31^st. Spend some time in beautiful western Nevada.

Reservations and Deposit:

A 50% deposit ($172.50) is required at the time of reservation by credit card or may be sent by check. A power deposit in the amount of $50.00 is required at check-in along with the balance of the site rental. Two forms of ID are required. Site is rented on a month by month basis. No partial month reservations are permitted.  Please see booking info. for additional information. Sorry, no RVs older than 1998 are allowed.
