The following rules and regulations apply to contracting a function with Walker River Resort.

The contract may be printed, signed and returned to Walker River Resort with your deposit before the Hudson House will formally be reserved.

Deposit and Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. The balance is due two (2) days prior to the function. Deposit and balance may be made by cashiers check, money order, major credit card, or personal check with two forms of I.D. The Hudson House facility must be cleaned and garbage bagged for hauling.

Guarantees: Guest attendance guarantees for all functions must be given to Walker River Resort at least fourteen (14) days prior to your event. This number will be considered as a guarantee for which you will be charged even if less attend.

Alcoholic Beverages: All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Walker River Resort.

Cancellation Policy: We will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $50.00 service charge if we are notified prior to ninety (90) days in advance of any cancellations or change in reservation. Shorter notice will result in the full Hudson House rate being charged. This policy is a vital part of the successful management of a small resort. Refunds are made by check, if the deposit was made by check; or by credit card refund if the deposit was made by credit card.

Cancellation due to weather and/or road closures is not refundable.

Displays and Decorations: All displays and decorations proposed by the client must have prior approval by Walker River Resort. No nails, tape, thumbtacks, etc. may be used on any of the Hudson House walls. Please, no confetti.

Pets: Please keep pets off of the lawn and tethered.
